Dustin entered the world and immediately saw the water sekirei Tsukiumi standing on the top of a building. Dustin decided to stay at a distance and magically fatten her up. Suddenly Tsukiumi bust augmented and tore her dress, then Dustin made the fat cells in her belly multiply exponentially. Tsukiumi then felt something in her ass, it felt like someone was injecting it with a tube and pumping lard into it. Her arms suddenly felt squishy and her legs began to wobble like gelatin. Tsukiumi could then feel a second chin forming on her. Dustin decided to seek out someone else but would return for her later. Dustin magically materialized a regenerating cake with the inscriptions 'eat this while you wait for me' written in icing on it. Dustin gave Tsukiumi intense hunger and she commenced her consumption of it only to have it regenerate as she sliced off a piece.
Dustin then came across the sexy booze-loving Kazehana. Dustin changed the sake Kazehana was guzzling down into a super addictive and highly effective weight gain concoction. Kazehana drank and drank until she noticed that she had become significantly pudgy. She observed her body and felt it but craved more sake so she put up with it. Shortly Kazehana was finding walking to be quite challenging as she was nearly 400 pounds with an enormous bouncy bust. Dustin than appeared before her and instinctively Kazehana felt a connection "Are you my ashikabi?" she said. "Oh I'm much more than that." Dustin said kissing her and taking her hand. The two then go pick up Tsukiumi who was still eating from the regenerating cake. Tsukiumi must have gained 50 pounds since you last saw her. The busty water sekirei must have weighed 300 pounds. "Art thou my ashikabi?" the busty blonde asked. "Something like that" Dustin said kissing her. "I come from another world gathering beautiful woman to live with me. I treat them like queens and provide them with luxuries a woman could only dream about. In exchange I make them fat and insist that they give in to the inner glutton relinquishing all control to it. Now you two have the privilege of living in my harem, do you accept?" Dustin said. The two sekireis vehemently agreed and Dustin sent them to the harem. "Now where to" he thought.
