Naruto then makes the seals and uses Vore no Jutsu on Fuka.
After he makes the seals both she and Fuen are paralyzed, and by the looks of it, so does the rest of the world. The naruto mouth then grows and becomes gigantic enough to fit a human being inside. Fukā screams, but he can't do anything, gathering the strength to scream was extremely tiring, it would be impossible even to say intelligible words.
She could only make an expression of horror as Naruto's mouth opened and swallowed her. Fuen looked at the whole process with a change of expression, at first it was fear, then confusion and finally a strange normality appeared in his expression. Fuka upon entering Naruto's mouth found herself able to struggle, however no matter how hard she tried she couldn't escape from Naruto, and shortly thereafter was swallowed up completely.
Naruto then saw his mouth shrink as Fukā went down his throat and into his stomach, which in turn grew into a humanoid shape, but quickly shrunk and when it was gone he was an exact copy of Fukā down to the smallest detail.
