Sean and Andi discover that they have the powers to transform the other's gender and clothes limitlessly...

Sean is 18 and a senior in high school, he has the ability to change the sex and clothing of his younger sister Andi, to those of a boy, but he is the weaker of the 2 siblings with the power. so it takes more effort and time to work.

Andi, short for Andrea, a girl, 16 a sophomore in high school, she has the ability to change Sean into a girl through simply wishing it. She is a happy go lucky kind of girl, she loves changing Sean into a girl. She has the better control of her gift allowing her to change her brother quickly and can even do it from far away, she also enjoys being a boy, though Sean doesn't change her much.
