The mom Lisa(40) has 4 kids 2 boys and 2 girls: Jessica (16), Timothy (11), James (7), & Melissa (18 Months). You see that the mother was walking with kids and he hear her telling the kids to head to the park because she has to get stuff for the picnic.

John decided to swap with Lisa but decided to but could decide what to swap. He had find there are a number of different swaps but also one that says random.
