You decide not to swap, and go for a walk outside, walking to your next door neighbour Angela’s house. Angela is a young woman in her early 30’s and you see a bunch of her clothes hanging out to dry, with her dog, Rufus, lounging nearby. You are going to take clothes off the line, when you spot the collar around Rufus’ neck. You wonder, does a dog collar count as clothing? What do you do?
