Grant had to admit that having a female roommate had made him nervous, especially considering how big she is but things had been going smooth so far. No arguing about doing the dishes or cooking, you didn't like to cook as much as Margo so she did that most of the time while you did the dishes most of the time to balance things out. Neither of you had made other friends yet so you ate dinner together every night so far and you couldn't help but notice:

She didn't forgo her manners though and somehow maintained a good conversation while stuffing her mouth with food. She was on her fourth slice of pizza saying "...wer of the mind is quite interesting, take placebo's for example, let's say I give you a Tic Tac but I tell you it's meant to keep you awake in slow or boring situations like in a calculus class for example..."
Grant was familiar with the concept "and I believe you"
She pauses her eating for a brief moment and smiles looking at me "and you believe me, so you take it before class and you feel awake, focused even and you attribute it the pill I gave you."
Grant responded "but it's not the pill that kept me awake though, right?"
"Exactly, it was your own mind being certain that the pill would keep you awake and behaving accordingly. That and phantom limbs are why I wanted to learn more of how the mind works and here I am!" She looked away and chuckled "Though later I found that those things fall under neuroscience more than psychology but hey! no regrets."
They kept talking through the night, she managed to eat most of the large pizza you two shared on top of another one. Grant didn't feel as intimidated by her size as when her first met her but she still felt imposing, even her personality seemed larger than life. Her movements her firm and precise, her weight didn't seem to slow her down at all.
