Noire then picked up her nurse outfit and said, "Might as well try this one. My "Quiet Hills" outfit isn't perfect without the makeup but not like I'm wearing this to my concerts." Half expecting Noire to turn into a zombie nurse from hell, Uni was a bit scared but she really wasn't sure the same thing would happen twice. Perhaps Noire's cat girl outfit was just....cursed or something. However Uni and Ai's expectations were quickly met as Noire put her nurse outfit on and was hit by another puff of smoke. As soon as the smoke cleared, Uni's jaw dropped through the floor due to what she saw. Before her and Ai was a super busty nurse Noire. Her breasts were easily bigger than Vert or MarvelousAQL's and she was lending over with a air tank between her enormous breasts.
Ai quickly began taking pictures as Uni said, ".....Noire....Is that you?"
Noire then stood up, making her massive chest bounce a bit, and said, "Of course it's me my dear Uni."
Uni suddenly felt a shiver run up her spine as she heard her own stubborn sister talk in such a sexy way. Noire then walked over to Uni and said, "But me aside, you are looking a little flat my dear sister. Let me help you with that."
Uni then blushed as Noire brought the air tank closer and said, "Noire, what are you doing and are you calling me...." Before Uni could finish, Noire shoved the hose of her air tank into Uni's mouth and turn the knob up to full blast. Suddenly Uni felt a rush of air flow into her body and quickly felt something off in her chest region. Looking down, she saw her own flat chest rapidly expanding. Uni realized she was literally being inflated but somehow....kind of just wanted to flow with it for a moment. Though feeling her skin stretch like rubber and her clothes packing her growing breasts in was....uncomfortable to say the least.
After a bit, Noire shut the tank off and left her little sister with breasts that were easily half as big as she was. Uni's own dress was beyond stretched out but...she really didn't mind it all too much. Though even she thought her breasts were a bit too big. Regardless Ai was laughing away saying, "This is too good. With this much, I can totally blackmail Noire on top of stopping her idol career!"
Noire then removed the hose from Uni's mouth and.....
