*20 minutes later*
‘This has been a blood bath’ you thought. The game has been fun, scarier, exciting, amazing, erotic just about every emotion you could think of. You were losing pretty badly, 35-0, but it was so fun you didn’t mind much, but you weren’t going to give up. It was weird that all five touchdowns was scored by the same person. It wasn’t even coincidence no matter how they got the ball they lateraled it to her and made sure the same person scored every time. She had just scored again and you down the kickoff. You were about to snapped the ball it something dawned on you. As you stopped to reflect on the game you notice the size difference between the two teams. Her team started bigger so you weren’t paying much attention at first, but now that you looked everyone on her team was a couple of feet bigger and the girl who kept scoring was a couple feet above the rest of her team.
“Timeout.” You quickly call out. You point a finger at the original Cindy accusingly. “Why is your team getting so much bigger?” you questioned.
She looked at you with a false confused look on her face, her smile making it completely untrustworthy, “Of course they are getting bigger. They have been making great plays. Didn’t I mention bonus, perks and power-ups before we started?”
“No.” you yelled “You said nothing about those.”
“Really” She said with a false confused look in her eyes and a smile bigger than the Cheshire Cat. “I could have sworn I mentioned that. Oh well, anyway they are pretty simple. Bonuses you get when every you make a good play. Like get a touchdown, force a fumble, get an interception, get a bone rattling tackle.” Here she paused a close to evil look on her face. “Spill blood, brake bones, kill people. You know all the normal football stuff. For each one you get physical boost. Become bigger, faster, stronger with each occurrence. Power-ups all over the field you just bend down and tap them twice during a play to activate it for your team. They are random and unmarked not saying what they do and some have negative effects so be careful. They have all the classic video game ones you can name. But it must be you that activate it none of your teammates will”
You don’t remember seeing her bend over to tap anything on the ground but the way this game is survival was a little more important than people watching. “And perks?”
“That is mostly for my team. Since we are girls playing a man’s sport any power-ups and bonuses that benefit us are twice as strong.”
That didn’t sound fair, but Cindy made the rules and knowing about these may even out the game. “OK. Time in.” you said starting back up the game.
