Anna headed to school, still excited about the stone but in a grumpy mood because she had a really bad migraine from her period. She reluctantly swallowed two Motrins and headed into her friend Jane's. The music was blasting loud until Jane turned it down when she saw Anna had a head ache. Anna was thinking straight and it didn't occur to her to just wish the headache away.
In first period, all the boys in her class were being loud and obnoxious. She slipped the ring on and wished.
