Chapter #6Didn't see that coming. by: J117   Karen: Something odd?
Willow: Yes. As I already said, I am a fairy, but I'm a type of fairy that I know you have never heard of.
Karen: ?
Willow: I guess you could call me a body fairy, that is the simplest term for my kind.
Karen: .....Body.....Fairy.....????
Willow: Yes.....We are a rare kind of fairy that enter into a kind of contract with a human. This contract gives the human powers, abilities, and things that they can't even imagine.
Karen: .....Powers.....that sounds too good to be true.....whats the catch?
Willow: Well, I guess there are technically 2. The first 1 is that I can't tell you how you obtain the powers, how long they last, or when you will get them until after we have made a deal.
Karen: And the second?
Willow: The second is why we are called body fairies. In exchange for granting our partner powers and so on, the human, in return, will provide us a place to stay.
Karen: That doesn't sound so bad.
Willow: Yes, well, its not what you think. Another thing about my kind is that we like to experiment, test, and explore, I believe you call them scientists. So to be able to perform our tests, we need a pretty decent sized place that will also give us a nice, quiet place to do our work.
Karen: Then.....where do you stay?
Willow: In the human's body.
Karen was stunned, ".........W.....WHAT!?".
Willow: Yes. We make the human into our labs and homes. And in exchange, we make them better, stronger, faster, and so on.
Too stunned to talk, she just stares at Willow, who is floating inches from her face, smiling at her.
Willow: Your saving me made me realize that you would be a good human to use as my home/lab. But the choice is yours. In exchange for powers, will you let me live in you?
Karen: I.....I need a minute.....
Willow: Of course. Take all the time you need.
Half an hour passes. During that time, Karen has been pacing back and forth, looking at herself and the fairy who wants to live INSIDE her, and thinking if it will be worth it.
Karen:.....O-ok.....I've decided.
Willow:......And?
Shuffling her feet, she nervously says, "a-alright. I'll do it.".
Willow clasps her hands together, her face beaming, "Alright! I didn't think I'd find a good body so soon! So, lets get right to it, shall we? Oh....wait, maybe we shouldn't do it here. It does take some time for the body to recover as we adjust it for our purposes. I'll leave it to you. You want to do it here, or at you home?".  indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
