Chapter #73Yes, it is. Eavesdrop. by: Xydis   You feel that you MUST know what the Housekeep is saying and stroll in their direction, pretending to look at the flowers at the edges of the garden, while you send Janet to the siblings. You walk slow and stop at some flowers to be able to hear as much as possible. When you are in reach, you hear Alice whimper: “I am very sorry Ma’am, but I got distracted by something. Still, I had planned to finish the bedroom in a few minutes.”
“Distracted? What can distract you while you make the Queens bed? Nobody called you, it is not jet time for dinner! What has distracted you?” Amelia asks, with her fists pressed against her hip.
Alice blushes and is looking very uncomfortable. “I… I am very sorry Ma’am.”
“We had that, but what was distracting you… oh no,… let me guess, it is still distracting you, isn’t it? That is the reason why you press your knees together and step on your toes all the time. You look like my grand-daughter when she need to pee. Jesus, then go to the bathroom if you need to pee, but finish your job!” Amelia scolds Alice.
“I… no, I do not need to pee. I need to go to the supply room.” Alice admits, blushing even more.
The housekeep sighs and lift the young maid’s skirt, revealing some soaked training pants.
“Alice, again? How often did you changed yourself during the day? Three times? Have you ever made it to the bathroom in time? Did you left the queens bed unfinished, because you were almost leaking?”
Susan feels sorry for the young maid, but cannot hold back a smile. Slowly she takes a few steps to look at the next flowers, while the maid nods her head.
“I made it trice, but yes, this is the third little accident I have. I planned to get changed quickly, but then there was another maid in the supply room and I was too embarrassed to grab fresh trainers. I am so sorry Ma’am.” A fresh tear run down her face and she quickly wipe it away.
“Hush little one, it is okay. It is hard for some young adults to adapt to the new situation. Still, you cannot provide bad results and risk to ruin the palace carpets. You will wear REAL protection until further notice and let yourself get changed by… “. The old woman looks around the garden and sees Willy and Merry. “Yes, why not. To make sure you are properly protected you will have Nanny Melissa change you, when needed.”
“WHAT!?, BUT?! I am an adult.” Alice shrieks out, but stops when her boss poke her soaked padding against her crotch.
“Not jet Alice. Follow my order or you have to quiet.”
That was enough for Susan and she is too far away to hear more, but she sees when Alice walks away a few seconds later. When she reach Janet, William and Meredith, she tell them everything and all of them giggle.
“Do you think I can watch her getting changed?” Willy grins and is about to waddle off, but his sister hold him back. “Do not dare Willy if she tells Amelia that you spied on her all the maids will supervise you and report every mischief to Melissa.”
You look at Eden. To your luck, she did not follow you like a dog, but took a position in the middle of the garden, overlooking everything and always ready to reach you within seconds. She is a perfect bodyguard and you are happy that she did not judge you for the little games you play – at least she is not saying anything about it.
You and your three friends play catch me and hide and seek, but you play the second game only for two rounds, since Eden is always watching in your direction and expose your hideouts.
Finally it is time for dinner and Janet split off the group. She promise to come back later, but likes REAL food better than mush and formula.
Back in the nursery Eden officially hand you over to Melissa and wish you a good night.
One by one, Melissa feed you in the high chair, before she allows you to hold your own bottles. At that moment Janet is coming back and giggle at the picture of her three friends nursing from baby bottles.
You think that Melissa will put you all to sleep now, but then she checks all your diapers and shakes her head. “Three wet ones and two messy as well, PLUS you all stink of sweat and dirt. I think you all need to be bathed before you can go to bed.”
Janet is giggling, as long as Melissa checks her as well: “Four wet ones and four stinking kids. You all need to bath!”
When she mention the coming diaper change you wonder if Alice has been lying on the same changing table a few hours before – and if she will come around to get changed later.
Melissa still think about the challenge to change and wash four babies. She decides to…
