As he glutted the remains of steel and textile into his ever-expanding gullet, one Legendary Pokemon was made aware of this. A Jirachi. As she arrived on the scene and surveyed the damage, she floated in front of the Riolu who was in the middle of eating another factory and blasted him with a powerful Psychic, knocking him on his back and making it harder for him to get up.
"Stop this assault on this city! The people!" Jirachi shouted.
But Riolu smiled as he got back up, licking his lips. "I haven't eaten any bugs Jirachi, they are too cute for that. But you're not a bug." He then charges towards the Jirachi, leaving giant prints in the ground and covers her in his giant paws. Jirachi tried to break free, but his paws were so fat and hot that it was difficult for her to charge up an attack or plan.
Excited that he had captured Jirachi for the time being, Riolu began doing a little dance, causing massive quakes and leaving giant dents in the ground. As this was going on, Jirachi continued to feel the heat wash over her as well as her oxygen beginning to wane.
Eventually, Riolu was no longer satisfied with Jirachi and decided to nom her as well. But as he opened his mouth, Jirachi was freed and stopped her descent with her energy.
"Stop, don't eat me."
"Why?" Riolu replied.
"Because who else will keep you company. Think about it, you've already gotten really big, so who would stop/help you from consuming the planet if you ate me?"
Riolu pondered this for a moment before coming to his conclusion. "All right, I'll let you live. As long as you help me."
Jirachi breathed a sigh of relief. "Of course Riolu."
Riolu smiled. "Yay. Now then, it's time to finish this city."
And so, with no opposition, Riolu continued his rampage across the city. Scooping up buildings in one hand and dirt/gravel in the other and shoving it down his throat at once. With one final cannonball, the city was destroyed and Riolu was very happy. He had not only devoured an entire city, but he had a wish-granting Legendary at his finger tips.
While Riolu was making a dirt-angel in the debris with a big grin on his face, Jirachi appeared in front of his big flabby face with a question.
"As a thank you for sparing my life, you are entitled to as many wishes as you want. So, what is your first wish?" Jirachi asked.
