The town square of Ponyville was a beautiful and busy place indeed. Merchants had set up large tents throughout the plaza, showing off their finest wares to passers-by. Other, more enterprising individuals sorted through the waves of immigrants pouring into the town, offering them a place as apprentices. Basically, this was a position of doing menial grunt work under more skilled craftsmares in exchange for lodging and a paltry salary, as well as some secrets of their trade. This was a good opportunity in case you want to take up a particular craft, or join a guild. Interestingly enough, there was also a few wanted posters nailed up to a notice board outside the town hall. While it was dangerous and not the kind of thing you’ve ever done before, they offered exorbitant bounties. If you managed to bring in one of the bandits that had been harassing the locals, you’d be set for life.
