Alice was convinced that Maria was about to lay into her, but although she braced herself for impact, nothing came of it. Instead, the bigger giantess simply turned her back. With one last taunting shake of her mountainous backside, Maria continued on her way into the city.
"Like you can even stop me." she noted, casually ripping the roof off of another building. "Thing is, I've been walking a long way to get here, and I'm totally starving." She reached into her new prize, pulling out handfuls of people and greedily devouring them.
Alice was still disgusted by this, but she couldn't let that delay her.
"So you'll eat people? That's sick!"
"That's nature, princess!" Maria laughed, licking a few straggler from her hand. "I was always better than these insects, and once I started growing, I proved it. It's funny; I was actually pretty skinny before I grew up. But eat a few cities, and it all catches up with you."
"You can't be serious..." Alice snapped.
"I totally am, runt. I'm gonna' snack on every little bug you have in here. It just feels so good... So right..." And with that, Maria moved onto another target, eagerly breaking into her building-sized boxed lunch.
Furious, Alice ran at her, hoping to knock Maria off-balance while she was distracted.
