Shrink the characters of Agents of Shield

This choice: Grant somehow gets out of Daisy's cleavage and bra  •  Go Back...
Chapter #7

Finding help maybe?

    by: catd1234 Author IconMail Icon
Grant pushed himself out of Daisy's cleavage and allowed himself to fall out of her bra. He made his way down her shirt and pants leg, stopping when he reached her boot. He then made his way onto Mordechai's hand, hoping the giant Inhuman couldn't feel or sense him through his power. Taking a deep breath, he jumped and let gravity pull him to the floor, his tinyness protecting him from serious damage. Grant watched Mordechai walk off, Daisy still in his hand. At this size, he wasn't sure what he could do, but there had to be something. He resolved to find Fitzsimmons.

Grant let himself be swept along the corridors, his miniature form easily carried by the motions of normal sized shoes around him. He suddenly saw Fitz and Simmons in the hallway and was able to deposit himself by their feet. But how to get them to notice him? He got an idea.

Fitz was examining some of the debris from the lab explosion. He and Simmons had desperately been searching for evidence of Grant and Daisy's whereabouts, but so far without luck. That's when he saw it. A small flame, almost impossible to see with the naked eye. He told Jemma to grab a magnifying glass. They both gasped at what they saw. A practically microscopic Ward, jumping and waving at them.

"GRANT!!!"

After carefully picking him up with tweezers and depositing him onto a slide, Simmons put Grant under the microscope. He was too small to see or hear properly in a normal human sized setting, so this was the only way they could think of to communicate. Grant was able to use sign language, which May came to interpret, to fill them in on what was going on. Grant also didn't seem to be shrinking anymore, for which they were all grateful. Afterwards, Fitzsimmons, Coulson, and May discussed what to do next. It was decided that there was only one possible way to fix Grant.

"We have to hit him with another splinter bomb. Yes, it could backfire. It might not work. It could make him shrink out of our universe into A smaller one, probably never to return. Unfortunately, it's also the only option we've got."

Coulson grimly nodded. "Do it."

Fitz took the slide Grant was on and put it in the middle of the already destroyed lab as Jemma prepped the splinter bomb. He hoped Grant could hear him. "It'll be okay. Good luck."

Grant sat on the slide and waited for something to happen. He heard the familiar whine, having only a moment to think "what the fuck?" before it all went black.
