Aladda knew that until she could get herself into a position of power, it was best to just play along. Aladda gently removed Jafar's hand from her face and bowed deeply, "You are, my husband, and merciful beyond measure."
"Aladda no!" Jasmine said pulling her out of the bow but Aladda pushed her off, but as she pushed Jasmine away Aladda quickly whispered so that Jafar couldn't hear, "The lamp." Aladda gave Jasmine a knowing look and Jasmine seemed to take the message to heart as she mumbled, "Very well," as she solemnly backed off and went to comfort her father.
Despite genie's magic turning him into a princess, Aladda still had street smarts. He knew that if he could get close enough to Jafar he'd be able to pounce on any mistake he made all the quicker. His mind racing as Jafar put his cold hands over her shoulders Aladda remembered how he'd defeated Jafar the first time he had this much power. Could it work again? He'd have to use every tool he had to do it, but it could work.
Once Jasmine had taken the Sultan to the stables Aladda got to work. With a come hither look on his new face he walked slowly over to Jafar making sure every asset he now had was on display. Jafar seemed pleased that Aladda was already accepting her role. He leaned his head in to kiss is new bride, but before their lips could meet Aladda spoke. "It's a shame really."
Jafar looked angered that he would be spoken to by his property without having given permission first. "What?" He said sharply.
"It's a shame that for all the power you have, you are still not the most powerful man in the room." Aladda said slowly turning to Genie who was grimly amusing himself by arranging the guards turned flowers into beautiful arrangements. It seems without Aladdin to play off of, he was much less fun. Jafar looked at Aladda angerly, "That creature is my servant, it has to do what I say."
"But he still has powers that you could never dream of, imagine what it must be like to have all the power in the universe at your fingertips. You may be powerful, oh husband of mine, but it doesn't even compare." Aladda continued to egg on Jafar, once before he'd tricked Jafar into trapping himself as a genie and he was sure he could do it again.
"You want to see ultimate power? I shall show it to you and then you and all the world will bow before me!" Jafar had madness in his eyes, "Genie! I know my final wish!"
