What if while a sleep someone put Hinata in a cursed diaper? It can never be removed or changed by her, it has virtually infinite capacity but does get heavier the more she uses it, only she can see and feel it and everyone else will just see her normally and phase right though the diaper like it's not there.
So Hinata is doomed to piss and poop in a ghost diaper for the rest of her life that'll only get fuller and fuller the longer she wears it unless she finds a way to break the curse on it.
Which can be anything from confessing her love to Naruto, finally growing a backbone, a special seal or object, or just finding and kicking the crap outta the person (who can be anyone, canon or other wise) and it unlocks it.
But she has to do it before she is immobilized by her own waste.
