"Fuyuki?" Natsumi asks her brother when she hears him panting from a sudden illness. Fuyuki finds himself unable to respond until breasts started growing out his chest, which he reacted to by screaming. "Fuyuki!" Natsumi shouts, now panicking over her brother's safety. His body structure stretches out until he takes on the shape of a teenage girl slightly older and more buxom than his sister. His pants rip out of his body when his hips start blossoming to that of a pregnant woman. His waistline changes simultaneously to make further room for Aki to the point he now, definitely, looks like a girl in her third trimester. Finally, his penis, which has become exposed for everyone to see from his ripped clothes, inverts on itself and hides into his body until it reforms into what can only be described as a vagina. Fuyuki, now a complete pregnant female, faints from the mix of pain and pleasure that took over her body.
"What the hell happened to my brother?" Natsumi screams at Kururu, seeing only red.
"Her body changed so that she can safely give birth to Aki. Both of them will be alright. Kukuku," Kururu chuckles to himself for, successfully, making a game that can make such an event happen like the mad scientist he is. Natsumi glares at Kururu, which, actually, manages to intimidate him a little bit.
"Turn my brother and mother back right now," Natsumi tells Kururu slowly. Kururu does not dare move from Natsumi's grasp.
"Sorry, but nobody can turn back until the game is over. I guarantee their safety while the game is still going on and after we are done," Kururu tells Natsumi matter-of-factly. Natsumi continues to glare at Kururu for a few seconds before tossing him, violently, into the wall and, finally, calming down a little bit..
"Fine... so who's turn is it?" Natsumi asks, now leering at Keroro. Keroro, immediately, tries to keep his composure from Natsumi's possible impending wrath.
"Well...," Keroro begins. "Fuyuki was going to have his turn next, but since he is out cold, it's..."
