Orihime treats Rangiku like Ichigo

Orihime walked over to Rangiku.
"Hi, Ichigo," Orihime greets Rangiku in her shy tone.
"Hey Orihime," Rangiku replied with an Ichigo tone.
The both continued the conversation as normal.
"Something's been bothering me," Orihime said a few minutes later.
"What do you mean?" Rangiku asks.
"Something just isn't right, even though everything is the same as it always is, something feels different," Orihime explains.
"I feel it too, but nothing is different,"
