"Alright Amy," said Rouge as she tossed the red lace in Amy's direction "Put that on and well get started on your first lesson."
Amy nodded and put on the red thong, eager to know what Rouge had in mind. Rouge began to walk toward Amy, the egg vibrator hidden in her hand behind her back.
"So, what's my first exercise?" asked Amy
"Well, I thought I'd start off with an easy one," said Rouge as she made her way behind Amy. "For the next hour, well be doing some exercises to help stretch your body for later. Some jumping jacks, a bit of a run around the house and whatever else I can think. You will follow all the rules I make during this exercise, starting with this."

"Alright let's get started." said Rouge
For the next hour, Rouge had Amy go through a rigorous series of exercise that pushed Amy to the limit. The first 15 minutes mostly consisted of stretches that made Amy moan as the thong would slide around in her lower lips as well as causing the vibrator to move slightly and hit her inner walls with deeper vibrations. After that, Rouge took the pink hedgehog to her home gym, making Amy do pull-ups, curl-ups, pushups and other exercises. This way easier for Amy as she didn't have to move that much. Though the last test was the most difficult, as Rouge then instructed Amy to run around the entire mansion for the next half an hour, this pushed Amy to the point of releasing.
