Naruto waited impatiently for Sakura to start moving, but she remained unconscious for a good ten minutes. After ten minutes passed, Naruto was surprised when Sakura suddenly started twitching and convulsing on the ground. The blond ninja tried to rouse the pink-haired girl from her seizure-like twitching but was halted when he realized that Sakura was...changing.
Much to Naruto's shock (and arousal) Sakura's chest suddenly began to expand. Her rather flat B-cups inflated under her red top to what Naruto could accurately predict were very firm, juicy DD-cups. After the physical change, a shocked Naruto watched as Sakura got off the ground and opened her eyes, only that instead of their usual green color, they were light blue.
"Well, big brother, how do you like me now?" She asked.
"Naruko?" Naruto asked, shocked.
"Nakura now, actually. I fused with Sakura for you, big bro!"
"You fused with Sakura!"
"Yeah! I know you liked Sakura, so I figured you'd like me if I became one with her."
"But what about the real Sakura?!"
"Oh, she's still in here somewhere. I'm just in control because my chakra and will were stronger than hers but she's probably somewhere in our mind." Naruko explained.
"Let her out!"
"But why? I'm exactly like the old Sakura. Except for a few...improvements."
With those words, Naruko peeled off Sakura's sandals, shorts and top, leaving herself naked in front of Naruto. Naruto had to admit she was right: Sakura's face was intact but it was now poised on an unbelievably sexy, curvaceous body...his biggest fantasy come true! While he was stunned looking at the hottest woman he'd ever seen, Naruko slowly strutted to Naruto and wrapped her arms around his neck, her left leg around his hip and pressed her body against his before bringing their faces together and giving Naruto a long, sensuous kiss.
