How and why will our Zecora gain weight?

Choice 1: With Ponyville no longer fearing of her being an evil enchantress, Zecora is now able to visit all the shops in town she wasn‘t able to before, especially Sugercube Corner and all the sweets she could eat

Choice 2: Zecora working mixing a potion when Applebloom visits and causes a mishap, which results in Zecora getting big.

Choice 3: Zecora has a nasty run in with some poison joke and finds herself ballooning with pudge as she tries to gather the ingredients for the cure.
