Ember tried to think, but her stomach roared and it distracted her, both the sound it made and the hunger she felt.
“Stupid stomach! I wish I wasn’t hungry! WAIT!” She realised the foolishness of her wish, but the paw shook and another finger went down.
The pang of hunger and roaring in her stomach did at least cease. But she was still huge and bloated. Ember cursed her own foolishness
“Ugh I should have wished to be back to normal! Stupid! Wait-”
Ember could use her final wish to do that, but wouldn’t the paw twist that to? It might shrink her back to normal size, but still leave her encased in rolls and rolls of fat. And even if it did grant her wish without any surprises, did she want to be small and thin again? She was at least huge, far bigger than ever her own father. If it weren't for all the fat she’d love to show this off to the other dragons.
Ember thought again. She had a reputation for being the smart dragon, but really that just because she actually used her head. There was a fairly obvious way around this.
“I wish for more wishes!”
The finger on the paw shut, making the paw look like a clenched fist, then it glowed again and 3 fingers lifted up, just as Ember had found it. Ember grinned, pleased with her own cleverness.
“First I wish to be big and strong, not a blob of fat!”
She felt a rush through her body. The layers of fat seem to recede for a second, then pushed out. Had the paw warped her wish?
But she felt a surge of strength run through her body, this extra mass wasn’t fat It was muscle! Although her body was still fat and heavy, she could feel her feet touch the ground and started walking again, the earth shaking with every step.
She pumped a fist
“Yes! Now I am a mighty dragon lord!”
She delighted in the impact each of her steps took, but looking down, she could still see huge layers of fat shaking with each step, as well as her arms still being thick and doughy, even if there was a hardness in the center. IN fact she now seemed like some kind of sumo dragon.
