"Well I was thinking we could have a eating contest right here in Ponyville. I think it would be nice to show off my stuff here in my hometown."
"That's a great idea Applejack!" Pinkie said excitedly bouncing off Applejack's stomach to the ground. "I'll get started setting it up right away."

Pinkie Pie was good on her words and it wasn't long before Ponyville was hosting its very own eating competition. While Applejack presence and reputation discouraged some from competing plenty of people joined up seeing the contest as good fun even if they wouldn't win.
"Alright everyone the rules are simple whoever eats the most wins."
And with that the contest started Applejack quickly gobbling down the food being levitated up to her mouth.

As the contest continued it became apparent to Applejack that...
