Karen asked Tom if she could also work out with him. Tom smiled ' Sure, that will be fun. Bodybuilders can use all the support and friendly competition so they can keep their edge.'

Karen ignored the catcalls and booos from a couple of jealous jocks. Tom looked around and saw a couple of weights for bench pressing. Karen knew what Tom was thinking. She said ' hey, let us do this/ I could show em that I have muscles under my chest.'

Tom nodded in agreement. The weights were set at 200 lbs a pieces. They both sat down and began. 1 -2-3

Then someone shouted
