The sound of ripping fabric brought me back to reality as I found myself on my hands and knees. "Nice," my step-brother complimented. Ideally, I would rush to the bathroom and take a good look at the damage in a mirror, but that didn't appear to be possible. My mom and step-dad were still urging the two of us to hurry up before the attendants closed the doors.
