Chapter #7
Go upstairs and talk with Gladys
by: Unknown
It was not like you to wave away any help you could get. Besides judging from the fact that you also got Nadya's memories this must be an even more powerful spell than you would realize. You would need all the help you could get to deal with this situation. As you make your way upstairs, you can feel the eyes of the innkeeper staring at you. He doesn't mind it apparently, but you can feel his his gaze linger on your buttocks.
In front of the bedroom you and Gladys share you stand still and knock on the door. You can hear a voice mumbles something, so you open the door. Stepping inside you can see Gladys already busy with her studies. The books are surrounding her and she looks deeply in thought. You can't help but admire her. She has a delicate face with sharp eyes. Her long blond hair is draping around her shoulders and she wears her mage robes. Gladys only notices you as you take a step further inside.
"Hmmm, what do you want? Do you have a message from the innkeeper?" Gladys asks you. She must think you're a barmaid working in the inn.
"No, I'm not. I don't know how to say it, but I need your help Gladys." You tell Gladys as you come closer.
"How do you know my name? And besides I couldn't help you if I wanted. You should ask our teacher when he's back from his trip." Gladys says annoyed with your presence.
It's at this point that you need to convince Gladys of who you are. You then begin to tell her who you are. Gladys looks confused at you first and slowly more suspicious. You then begin to tell her things only you would know off. The question is, does she believe you?
