...The pain comes back full force, searing through you like a hot poker! only this time it's located centrally in a completely different place: Your skull.
You grind your teeth, screaming through your clenched jaw as Nurse Redheart tries her very best to comfort you, for all the good that it's doing. She tries to rock your head in her hooves but you throw her off, attempting to clutch your skull when you suddenly feel a trickle of blood drip down your face. You feel a pressure or pull of some kind, like something is stretching your skull out through a taffy puller or something. It isn't pleasant in the least.
Suddenly you feel something like a shock. Like your entire body is coursing with electricity. Some new power awakening inside you as you let off a final shriek and collapse to the bed, your eyes swirling. You feel something happening to your mane and tail, and it feels like the rest of your bones are being pulled as well a little, but the sensations are dull compared to the wings and whatever happened just now. Your vision begins to blur as you slowly start to drift into unconsciousness, simply from the pain of it all. The last thing you hear before you drift off is Nurse Redheart whispering "Great Celestia..."
