Go to the bathroom (Unknown Transformation)

I excuse myself and go to the bathroom across the theater room. I go to the bathroom and take a massive dump. Which is strange because I didn't eat that much. But I then clean myself up and wash my hands. The moment I leave the bathroom, I see that the clock reads noon. I feel suddenly very sick. And I notice that every guy in the movie theater is going to the bathroom. I finally make it to the movie theater during the last couple of minutes of the movie. I keep on brushing something out of my face and the movie finally ends. We head outside when I hear all this chaos.
I look and see...
