Four of Cara’s arms held you in place after stripping you of your clothes then another arm atuck you with a needle

Tom’s skin turned white and black spots formed, his feet turned into hooves while his fingers stayed fingers but outer part and tips became hard like hooves while the inner part stayed the same just now black. His ears closed up making the sides of his head smooth and two new ears grew near the top of his head, next two horns popped out as his hair became slighty longer. His face took a more cow like appearance as did his teeth and tougne.
The next changes that happened were big ones his voice changed until it was feminine, a tail burst from just above his butt (think of a Sayian or catgirl) then he saw breasts form and grow until size D but instead of white they were pink and the nipples were a tad longer (mix of breast & utter) then it happened his little Tom & two friends got sucked in.
Cara now let go of her in found of a mirror and Tom saw a pretty cowgirl looking back
(So she now looked like the one in the picture but naked (Cara hasn’t given clothes yet) and black spots instead of brown) Cara then placed a bell on her neck and triggered a transformation by showing a solid looking hologram of a normal bull. Tom was confused but after a couple minutes noticed a now normal cow stood in front of the mirror, “Moooooooo” (CARA) she yelled when it disappeared Tom transformed ack into the cow girl
