"When are they going to get here?" Naruto slowly stirred awake to the sound of a gruff sounding voice.
"They won't get here for another two days." Another voice answered. Naruto opened his eyes to find himself in prison cell.
That's right... I was captured... Naruto thought to himself.
"Damnit! The demon might be dead from the poison before they get here to extract it." The first voice grumbled.
Naruto grimaced. So he was on that short of a clock... He really didn't want to die, but he supposed there could be worse fates than dying by poison... Like spending the rest of his life getting raped and watching Sakura spend her life with Sasuke...
He shoved those thoughts aside. As a jinchuriki it was his duty to keep the Kyubi from being unleashed against the world. He couldn't afford to stay here and take the chance that he would be alive when these people that could extract the Kyubi from him arrived. He needed to escape.
"I'm sure the boss has a plan." The second voice replied.
Naruto could certainly feel the effects of the poison. His entire body was weakened, and his chakra just felt...dim. But his captors made a big mistake- they underestimated the healing abilities of the Kyubi. The demon was holding off the poison better than could be expected, so Naruto could still fight. Luckily for him, his captors didn't plan on this and just left him in a prison cell. No chakra restricting items, no bindings... Getting out of here was going to be easy.
He closed his eyes and focused on the Earth around him. He began drawing in nature chakra to enter sage mode. It was a bit more difficult with the state his body was in, but Naruto could handle it. He drew in the surrounding nature chakra and mixed it with his own, entering sage mode. Naruto guessed it probably wasn't a good idea to use the Kyubi's power, since he needed the Kyubi's power to focus on fighting the poison.
But sage mode would be more than enough to break out of here. Naruto summoned two shadow clones and held out both of his hands, forming a rasenshuriken with the clones help in each of them.
"Let's get out of here." Naruto growled. With a feral roar Naruto threw his deadly attacks at the wall.

A thoroughly exhausted Naruto sat underneath the root of a tall tree not far away from the missing nins base. He was completely exhausted. It had been a while since he'd had to rely solely on sage mode to take him so far in a fight. Naruto hated killing, but he had no choice back there. He killed most of the missing nins... he didn't want to kill them, but they didn't want to let him escape.
He lay his head against the ground and closed his eyes.Breathing was starting to hurt... The end was going to come soon... But Naruto had no complaints. His final act had prevented the Kybui from being unleashed on the world. He could die proud.
