Tenten used her sweaty ass to cut off all of Naruto's access to air, which only left him with one option for survival- to breathe the air of Tenten's ass in through his nose which was currently stuck inside of it.
Without a care in the world, Tenten grabbed one of her training scrolls and started reading it. To her, Naruto was no longer a person whose comfort or safety she had to be mindful of. Instead Naruto was now just another object for to play with as she sees fit.
So that's why Tenten didn't react when Naruto started "mmphing" in panic beneath her as he ran out of air. If her toy refused to use her ass air to stay conscious, than that was his problem, not hers.
Naruto decided that he must have died and somehow ended up in hell. That was the only explanation as to why his lungs were currently burning from lack of oxygen, and why the foul stench of Tenten's sweaty asshole was overpowering his nose.
As black dots started dancing across his vision, Naruto's body instinctively did the only thing it could to stay conscious, and he instantly wished it hadn't ... But his body had gotten a little bit of what it was craving so it repeated its action, desperately trying to get air into his lungs.
Naruto inhaled whiff after whiff of Teten's ass and Naruto found himself trying to stop his body from acting on its survival instincts. Passing out and maybe dying had to be better than inhaling the stench from Tenten's butt... It took all of Naruto's willpower not to gag and vomit as his traitorous nose continued desperately breathing in the air from Tenten's butt.
Naruto really couldn't believe this was happening. Tenten was completely ignoring him and his struggles for survival! They were supposed to be friends! But instead Tenten was treating him as if he were some inanimate object for her to sit on! This was bull shit! He's Naruto freaking Uzumaki! He's not some object a kunoichi can sit on just because they feel like it!
Yet there was nothing he could currently do about it... Tenten had him securely bound. He couldn't free himself if his life depended on it! And the longer Naruto spent depending on the rancid smelling air in Tenten's ass to stay conscious the more he started to think that just maybe his life did depend on it.
Tenten was completely unaware of the struggles of the face cushion beneath her as she read a kunoichi training scroll about using the female body to kill the victim in more humiliating manners.
She was currently reading about smothering a man to death beneath the kunoichi's ass. It talked about how the kunoichi could remove all traces of useful air from her butt so the victim's last moments are spent desperately taking in the stench of the kunoichi's butt until they die of suffocation.
It really sounded like a lot of fun, and she did have a toy she could try it out on...
