Naruto was seriously starting to worry now. He was completely stuffed. After serving as the toilet for so many women in such a short period of time, he wasn't sure how he was going to get anything else down. He knew full well that he was screwed if he fucked up. He needed to be a good toilet for these exams, or else Tsunade would keep him locked in here for longer.
He held back a groan when he heard heard the door open. If he could just get a little break...
The clacking of heels approached him, and the toilet lid was lifted up to reveal Tsunade who grinned down at him.
"You look like you're having fun toilet. Full yet?"
"Yes Hokage-sama. I'm sorry, but serving as the toilet for 7 women, basically one after the next is my limit. I don't know how I can get anything else down..."
"Aww, poor toilet." Tsunade chuckled. "Maybe you shouldn't have been such a disrespectful shit. But I'll tell you what, I'm going to offer you a gift. I've got nothing but rave reviews from the women who have used you so far. Hell, the Mizukage offered up a trade deal between our two villages if I would give you to her... But I declined that of course. So, here's the deal. If you can get everything I give you down, I'll put a seal on your body that will allow you to rapidly increase your digestive process at will. That way, when you get too full, you can instantly empty your stomach without vomiting."
"But... I don't know if if I can..."
"If you puke, I'm keeping you locked up in here for a full year." Tsunade said.
Naruto's eyes widened in fear. That was an even worse punishment than before!
"Now open up toilet. Time to see if you can pass your challenge and get your reward."
Naruto didn't dare say anything else. He needed to focus all of his attention on not puking. He opened his mouth as Tsunade lulled her pants and panties down and sat down on the toilet seat. He stared up at the all-too familiar sight of Tsunade's bare ass blocking off his view beyond the toilet seat, but he didn't have to wait long to get to work.
Tsunade unleashed a powerful stream of piss into his open mouth.
"Ahhhh. You have no idea how long I've been holding that in just for you this morning." Tsunade chuckled. "Remember, you have to drink it all, and no puking!"
It took most of Naruto's focus just to keep up with the insane speed of the bitter, hot and salty liquid currently flooding his mouth. His stomach lurched in protest with each new desperate gulp he took of the foul liquid. But he just couldn't fail here.
Despite his fullness, Naruto somehow managed to keep up with Tsunade's stream and a tear of happiness rolled down his cheek when her stream slowed down before coming to a halt after a few final squirts. He quickly shot his tongue out and into the hokage's pussy. He needed to get this done quickly before his stomach decided it had enough. He quickly licked her clean and then opened his mouth.
Now came the REALLY hard part.
"Not bad. You are a talented toilet. Let's see how you do with this! Remember, swallow it all!"
