"Oh, Naruto... I can't believe you actually fell into this trap. I'm sorry." Tsunade said in a sympathetic tone. "Well... Actually I can. You've always had a weak spot when it came to Sakura... How are you doing?"
"Terrible! This is by far the worst experience of my life. But I have to endure it. I will endure it. I'm not actually Sakura's permanent toilet. I just have to last until I win our bet."
"Actually, Naruto... You are Sakura's permanent toilet. This is your life now. There's no going back." Tsunade replied. She flashed him a sympathetic frown before turning around and pulling her pants and panties down. She glanced over her shoulder at him, as if in thought. She flashed him one last weak smile before sitting down on the toilet seat. Her big round ass blotted out his vision.
"What are you doing? I'm not actually a toilet. You said you were sorry for me!"
"I am sorry! But you are a toilet, Naruto. When you asked Sakura to make you her permanent toilet, the law recognized that as a binding, oral contract. I'm truly sorry, I wish I would have stepped in sooner, but I didn't. And this is what you are now - a toilet. And I have to use the toilet. So... Sorry Naruto. But it's time to do your job. Open your mouth." Tsunade added the last part in a commanding voice.
Naruto was shellshocked as he obeyed Tsunade's command. That really counted as a binding oral agreement? So he really was stuck here forever???
"Ahhhh..." Tsunade sighed as she began pissing into Naruto's toilet mouth. "Well, I guess you're going to have to look on the bright side. Take my ass for example. You never would have gotten to see it before. But now that you're Sakura's toilet it's right in your face. Truly an honor!"
Naruto had to admit that Tsunade had an extremely nice ass, and having it in his face definitely wasn't the worst thing in the world...
"Hmm, you seem to easily be able to keep up. I was holding back... But if you can handle it, I'll just let it flow." Tsunade murmured. Her piss suddenly went from the rate of a faucet barely turned on to a garden hose at full blast. But by this point, Naruto was a seasoned, piss drinking pro. He kept up with Tsunade's full blast stream of piss without too much trouble, gulping it all down without spilling a drop.
Once she finished, Naruto instantly began cleaning her pussy, licking up every drop of piss residue still left.
"Ooh. Good job, Naruto. It's rare for a human toilet to use his toilet paper tongue without command. I'm proud of you for being such a good toilet."

Naruto opened his mouth to respond, to ask Tsunade for a moment of her time, but the second his mouth was open, the Hokage dropped a turd into it.
"God I needed to do this so bad. Sorry, Naruto. But I hope you're hungry. I'm going to give you a very big breakfast."
Naruto couldn't respond, because Tsunade was crapping log after log into his mouth. He guessed since he was able to keep up with her full stream of piss, she saw no reason to hold back when shitting.
The taste of shit was horrible, but Naruto managed to swallow every piece of shit she squeezed down his throat.
"Good boy. I'm glad I don't have to hold back with you. You really are a talented toilet, Naruto. I can't believe how fast you've picked this up!"
That small voice in the back of Naruto's head that told him this was his life now... That made him feel pride in his accomplishments as a toilet slave... That voice was screaming loudly right now about how great a toilet he was. Tsunade's words filled him with far more pride than they should...
Tsunade wasn't kidding when she said she was giving him a big breakfast. He heard the rustle of a newspaper opening as Tsunade continued crapping down his throat. She sat on the toilet for at least ten minutes, subjecting him to the hell that was shit eating...
Finally, she finished up and Naruto quickly got to work licking her asshole clean.
"Good." Tsunade murmured approvingly. "I was hoping you wouldn't need to be told to use your toilet paper tongue to clean my asshole. You were so good about cleaning my pussy without my command. You really are very good at this at least, Naruto. I honestly think you are one of the best toilet slaves I've ever used, and you're so new to your position! Impressive!"
Naruto tried to quell the pride that Tsunade's words evoked in him. But he couldn't help but wonder... Just how many toilet slaves had she used?
He did his best to stamp down that curiousity. He needed to focus and get her to help him. She was the freaking Hokage. Surely there was something she could do!
Naruto finished cleaning Tsunade's asshole, and went to remove his tongue so he could ask for her help. But before he could get his tongue out of her ass, the Hokage's voice froze him in his tracks.
"Keep licking, Naruto. I know my ass is clean, but you're a talented ass licker. Be a good toilet and lick my ass while I finish reading the paper."
Naruto didn't want to do this! He needed Tsunade to help him figure a way out of this! But... Tsunade did just give him a command, which meant he had to obey it or else lose his bet. Plus... It was probably a good thing to stay on Tsunade's good side...
But this was Tsunade! She supported him. She felt bad for him! She wouldn't rat him out to Sakura. And she probably wouldn't get that upset...
Still... He could ask for her help after she was done using him... That was probably the safest bet.
