Naruto looked at Tsunade warily. He wasn't so sure he liked the sound of ass worship... Then again, he didn't like the sound of being a slave either. Tsunade wouldn't make him do this if she didn't believe Hinata would make him worship her ass.
"This is going to be especially good practice for you slave. I've had two very long days and haven't had a chance to shower in three days. And as you may be able to notice, the air conditioning isn't working in here. So my butt is far from it's best right now. I guarantee you Hinata will have you worshiping her ass at its worst."
Naruto shivered, not really looking forward to worshiping Tsunade's sweaty ass, but she was doing him a big favor by letting him worship it. She's the Hokage, the most powerful and important person in the world, and he is just a soon-to-be slave. She had no obligations to help him by allowing him to practice being her slave.
"I'm sure it will be fine Mistress."
"Believe me," Tsunade smirked. "It's not going to be, but you will have to learn to love worshiping a woman's butt no matter what state it is in. Get on your knees and crawl over here slave."
Naruto dropped down on all fours and crawled behinds Tsunade who stood out of her chair once he reached her.

Tsunade smirked at him before sitting down again. She felt bad for Naruto that the poor kid was having his freedom stripped away, and it definitely bothered her that she couldn't do anything about it... But in the short term, she was loving this.
While she was fond of Naruto, the kid was extremely disrespectful to her. To have him now on his knees worshiping her sweaty ass was a dream come true. There were many times where she considered assigning Naruto a punishment mission of spending an entire day as her face cushion, but she always ultimately didn't go through with it because that would be inappropriate behavior for a Hokage. But now there was nothing wrong with it. Like it or not, Hinata was forcing him to be a slave.
And... She hadn't had her worshiped in years. For a woman with as great of a butt as hers, that was a travesty. Maybe she would try to work out a deal with Hinata to borrow Naruto for a day here and there...
