Imane, who went by Poki more and more these days, finished up another late night video session in a good mood. She usually did. The last few nights did include a ritual that she was getting less and less pleased about.
"Oof!" she relaxed her stomach and stopped sucking in. These last few months were hard socially and mentally, but the first time Poki really got close to upset when she went over footage a few days prior and was shocked to see that she looked bloated. Even worse, it was obvious that the "bloating" was actually a little bit of fat forming on her formerly lean and flat midriff. Fortunately she hadn't noticed that her ass was looking a little padded lately.
It shouldn't have upset her that much and she tried not to let it. She had to come to terms with the fact that she wasn't 18 anymore. The 24-year-old streamer now couldn't just stick to her steady diet of junk food and not feel the consequences. It was only a few pounds, not even five pounds, she told herself, but could not take her mind off of it. Part of it was her public image, true. Poki had a huge young male fan base and a huge part of that was that she was exceptionally attractive. The other part was that she thought of herself as being exactly as attractive as all those overly adoring fans thought she was. "Being beautiful" might a swell have been as beloved a hobby of hers as gaming.
Simply put, Poki's self image as a perfect goddess of streaming did not gel with the action of hiding her slightly puffy tummy from fans.
Oh, well, she'd work out, eat less, it shouldn't be that hard. Likely nobody else even noticed, and she only thought it was so bad because being on the shorter side any gain would show up fast.
Poki was going to turn in for the night when she spotted a message to her channel that intrigued her.
