Not too long afterwards, Naruto's burping streak had ceased, though he still burped occasionally afterwards. "I think I feel better now." Naruto said. Sasuke then replied with, "I'm glad to hear! You ready to get back to eating?" Naruto then said, "Are you kidding? That gave me much more room!"
With that, Naruto began stuffing his face with any food that Sasuke put in front of him. Nearly every type of food that the buffet offered eventually disappeared down Naruto's gullet. Naruto's eating was mechanical and steady. Sasuke felt like he was putting the plates into a machine rather than giving a human plates. Every few plates, Sasuke needed to refill. He also checked on Naruto's progress by looking at his belly, of course.
After a couple plates, Naruto's belly began to lift his shirt again.
A few plate later, and Naruto's belly was large enough to lift his shirt over his bellybutton.
About a half dozen more plates and caused Naruto's belly to become large enough to lift his shirt all the way to the top of his belly.
