They all went back to the Neju base, since they didn't want to be ambushed again. Fortunately for them the return to base was uneventful and they arrived safely. "You'll be safe for now." Merido responded. Just as she predicted the other Neju had returned to base. " Feel free, to take a look around, you may find some Humans around here that are helping as well." She said. Jake and Sally nodded. The Neju base was unlike anything they have ever seen before. While Jake and Sally were awestruck by the Neju's base design, Merido was meeting with the other three who had returned.
"This place is amazing Jake, It looks like something you'd find in a Science Fiction movie." Sally said. " I know, it's amazing but I want to get out of this reality as quickly as possible. The longer we stay the more chance of us becoming pets to the Ferrions. " Jake reminded Sally. " You saw these four in action today though Jake, I'm sure they can handle just about anything that comes there way." She responded. As Sally and Jake were walking through the corridor of the Neju base, they both saw there parents at the base. "Is that who I think it is?" Jake asked.
" I think it is Jake. It's Mom and Dad!" Sally said. " Thank God, there night pets to the Ferrions!" Jake exclaimed with a sigh of relief. Jake and Sally rushed to the room so they could quickly meet with there parents.
