She ran out of fresh diapers

Allison made it to the bathroom, despite nearly bumping into a teacher, and having to cut one girl off. She was finally safe. She checked her bag for fresh diapers, but the package was empty! She didn't know what to do. the girl outside the stall was telling her to hurry up.
Then, she notices the girl in the next stall had left her panties on the floor visible and in reach from her own. She could quickly take it and run off, hoping the girl won't notice. But what if she gets caught? Or her bladder just decides to release again?
