She had to pee and poop.

She realized that she not only had to pee, but she also had to poop. Lily Shepard liked her diapers, but she had never really thought about using them for their intended purpose. But, she grew curious about the idea of using them. Her heart rate slightly increased as she thought about it.

"I'm alone in an elevator. It's not like anyone will notice if I had an 'accident'. I hope..." she said to herself.

With that, Lily squated down and put her hands on her knees. She hesitantly released her bladder. She began to her a very noticeable hissing sound coming from her crouch region. She put her hand on her crouch and felt the diaper grow warm and slowly expand. She let out a sigh of relief as she finished wetting herself.

"Now, on to part two of my 'accident'. This is what really has me nervous." she said.

While still squatting down, Lily began to push the poop into her waiting diaper. She struggled at first, trying to force it out. Eventually, she managed to force some of the poop into her diaper. Then, as if someone flipped a switch, her bowels decided to void themselves. She was caught by surprise by this and let out a gasp. She placed her hand on her butt and felt her pants bulge out as a large load of mushy poop filled her diaper. Her expanding pants kept pushing her hand farther and farther out as more poop filled up her diaper.
