Charlie was bored sitting in second period listening to his teacher blab on about fractions and all of that. That is until he felt the slight feeling in his bladder that let him know he had to pee.

For Charlie, the feeling of needing to pee does not present itself until he really has to go, this is the main reason for his accidents, his bladder just does not give itself enough time to find a toilet.

So Charlie is sitting in class when he suddenly feels the need to go and it is bad. If Charlie acts now he might make it to the bathroom, but he also has a diaper on anyway and him asking to go might draw the attention of his classmates.
