It was Princess Celestia!

"Good morning you... two..." Said Celestia, as she entered the bedchamber, only to find Twilight alone and as an alicorn. For a minute or so, they remained quiet, before Celestia started to laugh. "Alright, you two got me. Now, Twilight, dispell that illusion. Luna, come out of your hiding place." Celestia looked around, trying to find her sister, while Twilight got ready for what she would say next. It would be a delicate situation, as Celestia might get extremely mad at her for eating her sister.

"Luna is no longer with us Princess. I've had special feelings for you, ever since I have grown from a filly to a mare." She started to explain, to the surprise and shock of Celestia, who now had an idea where her sister was. The solar Princess looked down to her students chubby belly. "I knew you could never start a serious relationship with a mortal pony, so unfortunately there was only one way. I have eaten Luna and absorbed her body and powers I am sorry but I love you so much..." WIth bated breath, Twilight waited for the reaction of her mentor.
