Twilight was nervous. No scratch that, she was terrified. There was no telling how her mentor would react to this news. Closing her eyes and biting her lip, she waited. Celestia stood there, still somewhat processing the information. She looked at her student and then down at the floor. Slowly a smile spread across the alicorn's face as she went to nuzzle against Twilight's cheek. "There is no reason to be afraid my student. In fact, I'm glad you did this."
"Huh?" Twilight opened her eyes and stared at her teacher. Did she just say that? "I...I would be lying if I told you I didn't have a romantic attraction towards you Twilight. I'm touched you would go this far for me. While I am a bit sadden by the demise of my sister, I will happily agree to starting a relationship with you." The princess smiled, leaving Twilight in utter shock. She...she couldn't believe it!
