Passing by the first two, which seemed like really cheap knockoffs of normal brand-name workout and cooking DVDs that tended to be at the mental and body wellness sections in the superstore, you put them aside before finding something a little weird but probably worth a laugh or two: Fatzilla in 3D. On the front, it had a picture of a gigantic, massively fat and tall girl, easily as tall as the fifty-foot woman but so much wider that her bulk was spilling across the buildings on each side of the roadway, chubby arms curled and pumping as she roared happily. at least, she looked happy. Looking down at the director's name, you found that it was an animated film, and came with 3D glasses closer to the Real 3D that you saw in theaters now rather than the old, super-cheesy red and blue stereo lenses. That would explain the cutesy horror aspect of the case, more like a B-movie from Japan that never circulated among the cults.
Turning it around, you saw it had the same cheesy story you'd find for any silly B-movie like this: normal girl at a normal school, class goes on field trip, girl is accidentally pushed into new chemical being tested, girl eventually grows huge in ALL directions. Even the tagline on the back was just as bad as the rest of it!
"It will change you!"
You almost wanted to get it on sheer funny factor alone. It was only two bucks, after all.
