You look in horror as the witch stand up from the corner and laughs at you
"Did you really think that would work young man, now stop this foolishness and tell me why you are here before you piss me off." She growls as she returns to her seat.
"I have a request of you. Obviously there was a reason behind your doing this, might I ask why?"
"Of course Dr. She says as she casually sips her tea. But first "Matilda, Jennifer come out here please."
Two teen girls come walking into the room, both are stunning, the first is about 5' 3" tall with long shoulder length Platinum Blond hair, the other is a little taller with Long straight Raven black hair. Both girls are wearing slutty maid outfits, have cat like ears and tails and have silver colors with silver chains from them as necklaces. They both kneel at the Mayors feet and look up at her with total adoration. "I would like you to meet my Nephews, or at least they were until last night. The two boys came to visit and were quite unruly. I grew tired of their antics, so I made them a bet, if they wore these costumes to the festival I would let them have free reign of the town afterwards." She says to you with a smile. "Of course they changed just like everyone else and are now my new pets. Matt became Matilda and Jeff became Jennifer, Their mother is out there somewhere with their dad doing lord knows what, and I could care less. Everything will revert to normal at the stroke of midnight tonight and then the boys will have free reign over the town. I of course will be taking a month long leave of absence."
You scowl at the two teens and then back at the witch. "Why would you make such a deal, if they are as unruly as you say then they will cause untold amounts of problems."
She grins as she motions for the teens to pleasure her. Matilda climbs between her legs and Jennifer walks behind her and begins to caress her breasts. "Because I wanted to enjoy the boys and to torment them, they will remember everything that happened to them today, as will everyone else. I am sure the day of humiliation and subjugation will teach them a lesson."
"And if it does not?" you ask.
She frowns at that, "I did not consider that option, very well. I will let you keep your abilities and anyone you enslave. You will also be able to choose if someone stays as they are now or if they revert to normal. If the boys get out of hand, then change them back to this and keep them this way forever. I could care less as even though I am taking a leave of absence I do not actually plan on returning here."
