Romulus looked at her socks for a second "well we cant have these in the way" he said as he then pulled her socks off leaving her bare ticklish feet exposed. Then he kneeled down in front of her feet and placed his fingers on her feet and began tickling them, Katniss immediately burst out laughing because she was extremely ticklish (her feet being her worst spot). She screamed in laughter as his fingers went up and down her soles, 5 minutes went by and Katniss already had tears running down her face as she begged him to stop "plz no more I cant take it" but he ignored her and continued the tickle assault on her feet.
