The Doctor couldn't see very well over his massive gut, so he felt around to see what this strange feeling was. He stopped dead when he felt his hoof get wet with something. Even further, he felt some odd masses near his crotch that he didn't exactly remember being there before. He moved his hoof up to his face, and saw it: creamy, white milk, straight from...him.

"O-oh...my..." he muttered. He realized he should have been panicking, yet his mind had taken him other places. It may have been his imagination, or rather Twilight's magic that caused his crotchmoobs to swell and expand with each passing minute, far larger than any normally pregnant mare. The swelling put him in a state of euphoria, filling his mind with images of being milked.

"N-need milk...n-need to be m-milked..." he said, half in a daze. He licked his hoof lustfully for all the milk he good get, but he needed more. He reached down, squeezing and pressing for as much milk as he good get, taking in as much of the sweet cream as he could, but it wasn't enough...
