After some time watching TV, Stephanie finally returned home through the back door. She walked to the living room to see her brother staring at the screen. “Hey Evan, I’m back.” She said.
“Hey.” Evan said nonchalantly as he turned to face her. It was still weird for him to see her with short hair. “How was your run?”
“Great!” She exclaimed. “It was a hot one, but it felt SO much better without my hair.”
“Good to hear.” He replied.
“Uh huh, thanks for swapping with me by the way. That power of yours really is amazing.” She told him.
“Glad I could help.”
“How did it go for you by the way? She asked. “I know how my hair can get annoying sometimes.”
“I actually didn’t really notice it. I was so invested in watching my show that it only seemed like you were gone for about fifteen minutes.” Evan said as he looked at the clock, just now realizing that 45 minutes had passed since his sister left for her run.
