"Aw....No way in hell" says my grandfather looking down a huge ice slide that has been used recently and I begin examining it. "Its a Kroz Slathk" I say looking down it and seeing it leads all the way down the mountain. "A what?" asks my Grandfather and I remember he doesn't speak Wolfkin nor does he know the history. "a Kroz Slathk means Ice Slide, Wolfkin have used them as far as there history has been recorded and the Zugots even have earlier dates for them than the Wolfkin, So its safe I assure you, Wolfkin use them as easy transportation down mountains or they use them for entertainment purposes, There is usually some kind of padding at the bottom of them so we should have a soft landing and hopefully we don't crash into a Huk tree, just don't panic and aim straight, if you slide off one of these the wrong way you can get ripped apart by an object in your way" I say and he nods. "Great....alright then" he says before I climb up and I sit down on the edge. I can feel the chill of the ice through my jeans and I take a deep breath before pushing myself forward. The closest thing I can say to explain what it feels like is a fighter jet going mach 10 straight down to the ground in a nose dive.
I say my prayers as I begin sliding almost straight down on a sheet of ice and struggle not to try to stop myself because I know that, that is not what you ever do on these things. I lay back and I begin going increasingly faster before the Kroz Slathk cuts to the left and I slide up on the wall almost over the edge before the slide begins flattening out and I let out a breath of relief and soon it slows down enough for me to get out. My grandpa is right behind me and he overshoots the exit causing him to roll across the ground laughing. "That was actually alot of fun" he says and I smile before he points into the forest. "Wolfkin city is that way, including the closest town, Lets go" he says and I nod before we begin running.
