As Twilight played she noticed that her nether regions were starting to itch. "Spike i need my diapy changed!" She called out but Spike was gone out to Rarity's having gotten his chores done. As Twilight continued to call out for him she noticed her stomach starting to cramp up, It turned out that the hay fries she had eaten last night were slightly spoiled and so they were giving her an upset stomach. "Oh no no no."Twilight whined as she let out a few wet farts and felt her diaper fill up as her bowels released into her already messy diaper. "I really need a diapy change!" Wailed Twilight as she began to cry just like a real foal.
Fluttershy was walking close to the library when she she Twilight's crying. "Oh my I wonder what that could be?" Asked Fluttershy to herself, so she walked into the Library,and followed the sound of the crying until she found Twilight. "Oh goodness smells like somepony really needs a diaper change." Cooed Fluttershy as the smell of rotten hay fries hit her, so she got out some changing supplies and a clean diaper from her bag; being an adult foal herself, and she changed Twilight's diaper.
"Thank you Fluttershy." Sniffled Twilight as she continued the adult baby act.
"It's okay wittle Twili, Mommy's here to take care of you since mean old Spike left baby all awone." Replied Fluttershy as she was also used to playing mommy for Rainbow Dash as the the lovers always loved roleplaying like that
